Payment of Fees

Any applicable publication or processing fees must be paid only after confirmation from the editorial office. Payments made to the journal are considered as charges for editorial processing, formatting, website management, and publication services.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once a manuscript has entered the editorial processing stage, the paid fees are generally non-refundable. This includes cases where authors request withdrawal of their manuscript after editorial processing or publication has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payments made by the author

• Payment made due to a technical or administrative error

• Manuscript rejection before any editorial processing has started

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable period after verification by the journal administration.

Author Withdrawal

If an author voluntarily withdraws a manuscript after submission or during editorial screening, the journal reserves the right not to issue a refund, as administrative and processing work may already have been performed.
