Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

The Journal of Advances in Economics and Management Science is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of published scholarly content. The journal maintains digital archives of all published articles to guarantee permanent availability for readers, researchers, and institutions.

Digital Preservation

All articles published in the journal are stored in secure digital repositories maintained by the publisher. Multiple backup systems are used to prevent data loss and ensure continuous access to published content.

Website Archiving

The journal website serves as the primary archive for all published articles. Each article remains permanently accessible through its published issue and article page. In case of technical failure or website migration, all archived content will be restored from secure backups.

Institutional and Third-Party Repositories

Authors are permitted to deposit the final published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic platforms, provided that proper citation to the journal source is included.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may archive:

  • The submitted manuscript (preprint)

  • The accepted manuscript

  • The final published version

Authors must acknowledge the journal as the original source of publication when sharing their work.

Long-Term Preservation

The journal regularly maintains backups and digital copies of all issues to ensure long-term preservation. Archived content will remain accessible even if the journal ceases publication in the future.
